Local businesses support Whyalla City Council Visitor Survey

Local businesses have thrown their support behind the Visitor Survey being conducted by the Whyalla City Council.

The businesses have donated goods and services toward a “Taste of Whyalla” pack, which is being offered as a prize which will be drawn once the survey is complete.

The Visitor Survey is a month-long campaign to gauge visitor opinions and feedback so that Council and businesses can understand how to improve their experience.

The prize consists of:

  • A double movie pass – donated by Middleback Arts Centre
  • Shampoo, blow dry, straighten or curl + shampoo pack + 10% off voucher – donated by Headroom Studio of Hair & Beauty
  • Manicure and gel polish – donated by KB Beauty Services
  • Family pass + $20 voucher for the Whyalla Visitor Centre – donated by Whyalla City Council
  • Eight 1-hour kayak hire – donated by Dolphin Treasure Hire
  • $100 meal voucher – donated by Watersedge Restaurant

The survey is being distributed electronically and paper copies are available at the Whyalla Airport, Regional Bus-line and through hotels/motels, restaurants, cafes and the Visitor Centre.

The survey closes 13 June. The winner of the 'Taste of Whyalla' pack will be drawn on 20 June.
